Above Ground Pool
What’s included with one professional pool installation
Punctual arrival at scheduled appointment time. We like to be on time and customers expect it! The first thing we do when we get there is do a visual assessment of the pool’s desired install location. From there, we perform a quick inventory of the pool supplies and mark out the area to be excavated. We then begin the construction of the pool, ensuring that it is level and all measurements are accurate. Once the shell of the pool is complete, sand is placed inside the shell and is leveled, ensuring a soft, flat bottom under the liner. The liner is then affixed to the pool wall and the top rail secured. We then remove all wrinkles from the pool floor and wall and proceed to add the first load of water, ensuring a perfect fit for the liner. We then move on to the installation of the pump, filter, salt system, chlorinator or any other accessories we have been contracted to do. Once we have cleaned up our tools and made the area safe, we give the new owner a crash course in operating and maintaining their new swimming pool. The typical timeline for a complete pool installation is 3 to 8 hours, depending on the pool model and size.
Prices may vary for pools with decking or yards in need of additional grading. Although similarly priced, used pools usually cost a little more to install because they are typically in less than pristine condition. This means parts are often bent, missing or damaged and require additional time and effort to make work. Lastly, we cannot install or build pool ladders or steps ever. This is due to insurance regulations. Sorry.
What’s needed from you
For customers having us build your above ground pool, there are a few things that are required in order for our crew to complete the job. There are only 2 things we require prior to our arrival and both you should already have. First, all of the pool components and accessories should be delivered and on-site at the time of your appointment. Second, we need electricity for a very short time. Access to a typical electrical outlet for approximately 15 minutes, is all that is needed. In most cases it takes our crew 3 to 8 hours to install most above ground pools. Time varies depending on pool size and location conditions. After completion the average pool takes approximately 8 to 20 hours to fill with a regular garden hose or quicker with a water delivery service. Once it’s full it’s time to swim.

What’s Included with Our Professional Pool Liner Installation
Punctual arrival at scheduled appointment time. We like to be on time and our customers expect it. The first thing we do when we get there is a visual assessment of the pool’s exterior and filter equipment. From there we remove the old pool liner. Once out, the pool wall is carefully inspected for any rust damage. If all checks out, the pool is disassembled for the new liner replacement. This also includes removing the skimmer box and return jets. Then we move on to the pool floor, where we carefully re-work it removing any obstructions like rocks, roots, etc. New sand is added and the pool floor is smoothed out and returned to as new condition. From there, the new pool liner is installed and fastened to the pool wall. All wrinkles are then removed from the pool floor and walls and the process of adding water begins. The final step is the reinstallation of the skimmer box and return jets and any original plumbing. The typical timeline for a complete pool liner replacement is 3 to 4 hours and prices will vary for pools with decking, fencing, deep centers or deep ends.
